The childs education is there for her within her school. Her father and mother should be a support system for that but in no way needs to do the work for her. If she is having problems in school then the Guidance Counselor needs to work with you to help resolve it.
As far as health, you really need to be more specific.
Nothing can be resolved on here. It is an Answer Community, not a Lawyer.
Answer by memehave the child’s teachers and guidance counselors make an appointment with him to discuss her grades. Have them document how many times he’s showed up and showed interest. Get copies of her report card and medical records. Talk to Social Services about your concerns and what you can do about getting custody back and them helping you get an attorney on your behalf.Answer by tally chick
how old is the child? after she reaches a certain age, it is her choice as to whom she wants to live with. but you’ll probably have to take it to court. or call department of children and families anonymously, and have them talk to the child. they are required to follow up on ANY and ALL calls they receive.Answer by Sweepa Baby 2009
