What book or author would you recommend to a 16 year old girl?

I am trying to find some books to read. Some of my favorite authors are Cecilia Ahern, Nicholas Sparks, and Meg Cabot. So does anyone have any suggestions of what a good book would be that is close to their style of writing? Thanks!

I read a mystery book by Joan Lowery Nixon called “Spirit Seeker” which was a murder mystery with a teenage girl as the protagonist. Its pretty good.

Try the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer!
They are really good.

Twilight is the first book;

It may seem weird because it’s about vampires but it’s a romance novel, with action and adventure and all that. Try it!

Lurlene McDaniel is GREAT, I love her books, and there are about 50 of them out there. Romance and situations, most of them will make you cry. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Try James Patterson’s Maximum Ride series. Begins with “Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment.” I find them to be entertaining.
