Hope: What are some rules for cooling out a pony?
I already know HOW to cool out a pony I just need rules. And I already know that you cannot feed a pony until cooled out. Any rules besides that help.

Make sure it’s not too cold where ever youre cooling them out, cold temperatuers don’t make the process faster, and your horse will get sick.
Try to keep walking, stopping doesn’t help anything.
Always walk your pony out before hosing him off. Just continue walking around for about 2 to 5 minutes, or until he stops breathing hard. If you get a horse wet while they’re breathing hard, there could be a risk for heart attacks or colic. Also, always make sure that after you hose your pony off, use the sweat scraper to make sure that your horse won’t be freezing cold.
