i have water damage to my phone.
the insurance was out of stock on my phone
and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get a new phone.
verizon suggested an emergency in store exchange.
the stores in my area couldnt help me with that. so i called verizon yet Again and asked if they can send me a loner phone or something while i had to wait for my back ordered phone! so the sales rep suggested a ‘out of warranty exchange”
i have no clue what that is i know i was charged 50 bucks and i was just so happy to finally be off the phone (spent 2.5hours on this today) i just didn’t even ask what i was getting into!

Okay. If you have the 4.99 or 5.99 insurance you call them; file a claim; amd they will send you another phone for a $ 50 fee. If you do not have insurance you would have to get a new phone. If you are not eligible for an upgrade or anything. We offer a phone for the one year pricing of the phone. If they is water damage there is NOTHING they can do for you in the store. No $ 50 charge or anything. Just the 1 year pricing. Questions email me.
