I realized that in Subway I see way more fat people than in Macdonalds/BurgerKing/5Guys/InNout. Do anyone else realize that?

No i think that over weight people are every where. The problem is not just how much we eat but what we eat. YOU have to also remember that a man eat mostly subway lost a lot of wait and became part of their commercials.
Subway can be just as unhealthy or even more unhealthy as the leading fast food restaurants. It all depends on what you order and how much you put on your sandwich.
A 12 inch sub can have as much sodium, fat and calories as a value meal from any other fast food restaurant.
Their commercials are misleading. Only if you skip the cheese, mayo, sauces, oil and get lean meat such as turkey or ham, or just veggies on a 6 inch sub is it somewhat healthy.
Answer by CameronI f**king doubt that. Jared lost like 250 lbs from Subway. You know, here’s a wild idea, maybe… they’re trying to lose weight. It’s insane right?Answer by J

i think it really depends what you order at each of them, and how frequently you eat there. If you eat a greasy sandwich at subway twice a day, then of course you’ll probably be fatter than somebody who eats a hamburger from in’n’out once a year.Answer by Hannah
