start running everyday so your in really good shape. do some excercises with your legs and arms. upper body strength is key. get a soccerball and some cleats and go to like a local school or somewhere with soccer nets and practice shooting. and try shooting up in the top left and right corners. practice dribbling the ball back and forth between your feet for about 5 mins at a time. let the ball sit on the ground and do stair steps on top of ball. one foot on then the other. like jumping while you do it. throw the ball in the air and head it into the goal. practice throw ins. you cant jump and both feet must tough ground at all times.

run with a ball, juggle a ball, dribble through cones with a ball, do any footwork with a ball, sleep with a ball….keep soccer on your mind 24/7…and i cant stress how important it is to watch it, the people on t.v. are among the best in the world…really concentrate on their positions and the part the play for the overall teamAnswer by Annie
