All you need is a pitching wedge, a shag bag, and an open field. Practice your swing as much as you like for free
The short game is the cheapest and most efficient way to go, and the biggest stroke saver. You only need enough room to hit pitch and chip shot with your wedges you can practice putting on carpet. My favorite place to practice is the back yard, I have a flag stick, practice mat, net and a few hundred balls plus carpet on the patio. One bit of advice a net is okay but don’t hit balls all the time into it your swing will suffer.Answer by Robert
you could go to public golf courses or ranges and practice putting and chipping for free which is the most important part of the game. then you can go to the range and hit woods and long irons, in the yard you can practice good impacting into a net. in the house putting distance, impact then direction.Answer by stephen
What I always did was bring a bucket of golf balls into your back yard with what ever you use to chip. place the bucket as far as you want away from you. Try to chip into the bucket. This will help with dropping the chip wherever you want it. You can then practice with moving the distance of the bucket.Answer by ChikDove176
Studying and learning new things really cost something. I would suggest you get a golf package to save the budget and learn. There ‘s so many golf vacation packages out there, Golf Zoo is one.
