My friends and I are planning a holiday to Barcelona this summer, and I’m looking for relatively cheap appartments for us to stay in. There’s 6 of us going, and we want to stay somewhere nice, preferably with a pool (but it’s not necessary) but mainly that it’s not gonna cost more than €170 each…..

So does anyone know of any accomodation or any sites that would be good for finding such accomodation? 🙂

DON’T DO IT!!!!

Cheap apartments are REALLY iffy! Pay money for something respectable. We went through one of those sites, and the bathroom was COATED with black mold!!!

You might want to stay in Barceloneta…but get your lodging through a good, respectable site, and pay a little more.

My friends and I used this site to look for accommodation in Spain – friendlyrentals.com. There are different offers there including quite cheap ones. The only problem was that the agency staff was a bit slow with such things as submitting a booking confirmation for the embassy. But the appartments appeared to be as good as they were advertized.
