Ann Coulter’s Man Hand: Should Obama challenge Palin to visit the south side of Chicago to see what a community organizer does?
Remember when McCain challenged Obama to visit Iraq? Maybe Obama should challenge Palin to visit the south side of Chicago. Then she can visit and maybe think twice about her effort to belittle his time spent as a community organizer. That is, if she’s not afraid of black people.

There is probably a much better chance of Palin getting killed in South Chicago than there was of Obama getting killed in Iraq. Racism is alive and well in the ghetto.Answer by sacolunga
Sure, why not? Maybe Palin should challenge Obama to sit in the Governor’s seat to see what a Governor does.Answer by Desdamona
WHO cares ?
He’s running for Prez, and she’s only up for VP.

Obama decided to be a Chicago community organizer rather than take a wall street job.
I guess he realized that was the move to make if he wanted to become involved in politics….not to take anything away from his efforts and I am sure he did a lot of good….both for the community and his political portfolio. If people cannot realize that he had his own interest in mind too…then they are very naive.Answer by DJ(GO Saints and LSU)
i agree in most inner cities community organizers mean more to the city then most mayors and governors, and i wonder how most people in here will be after visiting a city like that i think they will change the views on community organizersAnswer by cale11
YES! And she should invite him to Alaska to see what a head of state does.
P.S. A racist is always exposed. Your last statement proves you are just that.
Answer by KingfishI think we are all curious as to what a community organizer does.
Do tell, Obama, what is it exactly?
[OT: why does yahoo think obama is misspelled?]
Answer by MRNNo actually what Obama should do is to go himself back to the South Side of Chicago and publicly talk to people on TV and get their reactions to what he did and to what Palin said. Don’t give her another photo op…. he should take it for himself and let other people, the common people complain about Palin and her remarks.Answer by Emily
to Kingfish: my father and stepmother have been community organizers in central illinois for 12 years, and 18 years in iowa before that. before you go bashing obama, think about what he did. he worked long hours on little pay to better his community. to save families from foreclosure. raising the minimum wage and working for a living wage for city employees. going after predatory lenders who take advantage of seniors and the disabled. shame on obama. how dare he help those people- we all know they dont deserve it.
but let’s all make sure to vote for mccain this november. he’ll bring real change to washington.
Answer by JoePublicActually, I think we should challenge the media to do an in-depth, thorough story on what Obama actually did as a community organizer. The little bit I’ve been able to find is very revealing, but it would be great to see the whole thing.
It looks like he worked for an organization called A.C.O.R.N., which registers people to vote. They have been busted several times for registering fake names, dead people, illegal immigrants, and random phone book names. Oh, and these fraudulently registered people always seem to vote Democrat. Coincidence?
Answer by mike mwith the media backing obama and not giving mccain a chance i think people should know how unpatriotic obama and his family is. Speaking in Milwaukee, Wis., on Monday, Obama’s wife said, “People in this country are ready for change and hungry for a different kind of politics and … for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.”
Sen. Barack Obama’s pastor says blacks should not sing “God Bless America” but “God damn America.”
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright has made a number of controversial statements.
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago’s south side, has a long history of what even Obama’s campaign aides concede is “inflammatory rhetoric,” including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own “terrorism.”
Think before you vote!
