hi, me and four other people are planning a trip to california. We want to find a decent motel near disneyland that is clean and safe but not too pricy. Any recommendations? Or any advice on motels NOT to go to…? How was your experience at the motel? Thanks

The Travelodge on Ball Rd in Anaheim is a decent motel and not expensive it is also in a very convenient location right across Disneyland! also another good motel is the Super 8 Motel on Disneyland dr

Check the Super 8 Anaheim at 415 West Katella Avenue, Harbor Blvd & Katella Ave, Anaheim, California.

The Travelodge on Ball is really not good at all. The Super 8 on Katella is pretty good.

Try checking out the Islander on Katella, if you’re on a tight budget. If you want to have the best experience, check out the Howard Johnson on Harbor. It’s right across the street from Disneyland, so you can easily walk to the park.

I have to throw my hat in the ring for the Super 8 Anaheim at 415W Katella. I see I am not the only one. It only a three block walk from maingate, has an outdoor pool and hot tub, small gift shop, and free breakfast. Now that free breakfast is just donuts and toast, but its a good start to your day.
Why this place is so great is because they are one of the most reasonably priced motels within walking distance while still being clean and respectable.
Plus they are right beside the new Anaheim Garden Walk entertainment and shopping district. So its a great location all around. I highly recomend it.
