Ham, Salmon, and sweet potatoes can all be smoked together and are delicious! Can begin w/ a pre-cooked ham, and then add the salmon. End with the sweet potatoes! They’re best, peeled, sliced, and basted with butter, and sprinkled lightly with brown sugar.
