**^-^**~Twinkle eyes: Please! I loathe my D breasts!?
I am 5 foot 2 and only 99 ibs. But I am a 36 D! I hate my breasts so much. They make me look disgusting. They are gross and saggy and they are so heavy and are extremely painful. Not only do I feel like I am carrying a pool under each one, it really affects my self-esteem. I can never wear a normal bra like all the other normal chested girls, I have to wear a sports bra to make them look smaller. I hate it when guys comment on them, or when girls make up rumors that I stuff my bra. It makes me very insecure. I talked to my family about getting a breast reduction, my parents exploded! My dad was like “I don’t want to talk about your breasts to you!” and my b cuped mom was like, “I would kill to be that skinny and have big breasts!” and “no I don’t want my daughter getting a boob job!”. I really want her to understand the pain it causes me and how I hate my body when I look in the mirror. I just hate them…Why do I have such big breasts when my mother is only a B? Can you please tell me how to convince her to get this procedure.

tell her all the side effects and problems they can cause such as: shoulder arthritis and pain, back problems, neck problems, etc
im 5’9 and i have E size breast count yourself lucky, i suffered with low self esteem issues because not only my peers but most of my teachers had smaller breasts than me, and a sports bras didnt help that much try and get use to a normal bra as they will lift the breasts so they didnt get as ‘saggy’ also look at exercises that can tighten these muscles as that will probably reduce the size -.-
i would look at the low self esteem issues that you appear to have as opposed to changing them to blend in with the crowd -.- furthermore everbody’s bodys are different look at the Plus sides to having bigger breasts…
Answer by Cocoa-nutMake an appointment to see your Gynecologist and explain how you’re experiencing back pain, breast pain and the sweat issue .
You’re Dr. can explain to your mother that this is a REAL medical problem and not aesthetic issue.
When you make the appointment don’t tell your mom that you’re wanting to see the Dr. about of your breasts.
This way you will have the opportunity to REALLY be heard .
I would stop complaining to your parents about the way they look ,they only are hearing their little girl that is complaining about the way she looks and aren’t hearing how you are FEELING .
I’m a D and feel like I have fountains under each breast on a hot day,if I’m not wearing a sports bra, I actually can get a ring of sweat at my waist line from the sweat running down . Gross right ? !
Most Health Insurance plans will pay for a medical breast reduction .
Note: If you are still growing, most Dr.s probably won’t perform the surgery until you have finished developing .
It’ll be worth the wait, because you want it done right and insurance won’t pay for the procedure twice. (it’s expensive and painful)
No person can make you feel bad or insecure without YOUR permission.
When the jealous girls accuse you of stuffing your bra, next time they’re in the restroom, confront them and if you have to ,show the jealous B’s they’re 100% REAL !!
That will shut them up ! LOL
Hold your head high,You ARE beautiful . 😉
Wishing you all the best !Answer by Dr. Kelly
Come talk to me a doctor. Some parents are easy some are not. Again if you are old enough maybe you don’t have to convince them.Answer by Sarah G
ok, your breasts obviously have serious effect on your life, so you should do whatever you can to make you feel better. BUT before you consider resorting to surgery, can I just suggest something?
obviously this will initially only make a difference when you are wearing a bra, but you really need to try a different size. have a look at this fitting advice:
https://www.bravissimo.com/perfectfit/
I’m saying this because at 99 pounds there is no way in hell you are a band size 36. measure your rib cage just under your boobs and add 1 or 2 inches. that is the best band size for you. then for every band size you go down, go up a cup size.
its worth trying this because well fitting bras can make a world of difference, trust me, when I was a 15 I wore a 34D – got remeasured as a 30F and it was soooo much better – my boobs were more lifted, and looked smaller.
the sites above do sizes like 32E, 30F, 28G.
