I have already been to the movies with her once, and we are going to hang out agian tomorrow, my parents know her because our parents are friends. So how should I tell my parents that we are dating?

I think its best to just tell them, your parents are friends so they know your girlfriends family already so im sure they will be fine with it.

Hmm. I don’t really see the problem here. Kids tend to do silly things like dating. Just wake up one morning and say, “So, you know ____?… We’re dating now.” And just smile and act like it’s cool. If you make it seem like you feel you’re doing something wrong, then they might expect more news to ensue.

Normally parents have two problems when they learn that you’re dating.
1) The fact that you are dating.
2) Who you’re dating
The first problem will most likely arise but it shouldn’t be too bad if they know who you’re dating. Since they already know her parents they know her pretty well and they must obviously like her. So don’t be too worried about it and just tell them straight up
