Hello, I have just bought a Sony Ericsson Aino cell phone. When I connect it to my pc through a USB… I do get the ability to access my Cell phone through my computer. But the “Safely Remove Hardware” Funtion does not appear on the lower right corner of my screen. I dont want to just remove the USB Wire from my computer since that may cause some trouble.

So, Could you guys please tell me where i could find this “Safely Remove Hardware” function… Another location then the lower right corner of my screen. lol

Right click on it (when in my computer) and go to eject or safety remove. Either one will do the trick.

You did not say what OS so in Windows 7 you can go to Control PanelAll Control Panel ItemsDevices and Printers Right Click and choose remove device

If you[‘re not accessing the phone’s file system, you can[‘t cause trouble by just removing the wire. Safely Remove just flushes anything that hasn’t been written. If you’re not accessing the file system you’re not writing anything. (That’s why the Safely Remove icon doesn’t come up.)
