cmc:): Please look at this question to answer. I’m having problems entering the “Administrative Group” on laptop…?
This is a brand new computer that my business just bought me, and i am trying to connect my blackberry to my laptop just like i have always done, but right after i plug it in, it says “You must be a member of the Administrators group on this computer to install this hardware”, but the problem is i do not have the password to it. please help me out! thank you!

It sounds like you have a limited account and cannot install programs on the laptop. See the network administrator so that he or she can set it up for you or assign you appropriate permissions to do so.
