Paganism and Christianity, I’d say. Could narrow the second one down a lot farther.Answer by 2.718281828459045235360287471352662497757247093699
My wife and I started a new religion just two weeks ago, complete with prophecy and miracles.
Already we got Christians scoffing at us. Which seems a little odd when you think about it. Plus it’s rather disconcerting.

Universal unitarianism?Answer by thume516
Hinduism is the oldest religion still widely practiced. Newest would be difficult to determine, as cult religions spring up rather rapidly all the time and would fit the definition of “organized religion.”Answer by Topse Cret
You’re correct. You can see how religion has evolved. Those that couldn’t, went extinct like the dinosaurs. Those religions couldn’t adapt due to disaster or natural selection… Ha haAnswer by Bumble
Oldest religion still practiced is probably Hinduism, Newest one still practiced is Islam.Answer by Siouxsie
Probably Shaminism is the oldest (they didn’t write anything down though, so I can’t prove it)
Newest religion, dunno, Christian Science?
Answer by AngelaPBuddhism.
The newest would be Wicca, that is only about 50+ years old.
Let me add that paganism is not the oldest. Why? Because modern day pagans do not practice exactly as our ancestors did. Most of us interpret on our own (thus making it a personal religion) or practice as a reconstructionist.
Answer by JosephPaganism covers many religions but the first religion was paganAnswer by Jamie
Oldest- the ancient religions of ancient civilizations which today would be considered paganism.
Newest-Wicca’s pretty new, so is Satanism, but I’m sure they’re not the newest. New religions/cults spring up all the time so it’d be hard to figure that one out.
Here’s a list of new religious movements https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_new_religious_movements.
The newest one seems to be Jediism, that’s right, as in Jedis form Star Wars. It’s a religious movement now. Wow. I guess enough people claimed it as their religion on the census that it gained status as a religion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jediism
Answer by kkmaj jReligion: 1. An organized system or insitution or belief baes upon the taditions of men instead of the pursuit of friendship with The Most High. 2. The act of playing church, exchanging internal truths for external performance; subsituting spirtual realities with carnal rituals
Religion = Division..Christ didn’t have a religion he did our father’s Will. The Most High gave us Laws, Statutes, and Commandments to follow.
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after christ.
Matt 24:4 And Yashiya/Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Matt 24:5 For Many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. ( CHRISTianity coming in christ name)
Come out of religion and read the bible for yourself.
Religion comes from man, not from The Most High
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mar 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
Mar 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition
The most high and his son TURE NAME —>

Probably some of Hinduisms. Second: Sai Baba comes to mind. if you mean by organized that it have meetings then Church of Azazel (let’s say 2004) comes to mind which completed 1. objective when launching Lilith’s Tribe in New York in January 2010. Whether this is newest or not, I don’t know.
