Josue_1987: What is “love” for you and what do you think of it in scientific terms?
What is “love” for you and what do you think of it in scientific terms?
What do you think of love in your own perspective? How much money, support, space, intimacy, etc, do you really need? Is attraction to the opposite sex while having a partner normal (Is it love to your partner, can you change the way of you’re behavior). And in scientific terms, how do you perceive it. I heard about a study saying something about the smell of your partner is what attracts oneself to their partner. What’s love to you?

Love is God. 1 Corinthians 13. Its not science, its biblical and unconditionally there forever.
In scientific terms? A highly illogical emotion brought on by a strong desire to be with the other individual.
How I personally view it? Well I broke it down into two terms. There’s the “everyday” love, you know with your friends, where you couldn’t imagine life without them.
Then there’s the “in love” form…can’t really describe that though:P
Answer by gatitaLove, wow, I don’t think there really is a scientific term for it. To me love, well it’s complicated, but worth it. When you’re in love, it’s always smiles and fun and enjoying life. Of course it can hurt as well, but all those wonderful moments that you lived with your love one, makes it worth it. At least that’s how i see it. Love is a wonderful feeling, and you can’t really explain it, you just feel it, you know.. When that special person comes, you won’t need a scientific term, you will just feel it, and have your own experiences..Answer by The Kid
To me I think you can’t really define love….its a feeling….I personally think its a part of your soul type of thing….but love to me is like a stong and positive emotion of affection
and in scientific terms I can’t really percieve it in that way….and the thing about the smell is nonsense….

Love is different for anyone. The scientific definition of love is “any number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment.” But to me that really doesnt explain it at all. Love is when you like someone so much that you cant live without them, when you look forward to seeing them each day and you think about them more then you think about anything else. It’s when you see past theyre imperfections and look at them as if they were perfect. It is giving someone the power to destroy you and trusting them not to. Love is trusting the person with anything and being able to not only consider them your spouse, significant other, ect. but your best friend. Love for any givin person can be different and it is very hard to give an overall definition and sum everything up in words. But one thing’s for sure, you will never fully understand love until you’ve experienced it.Answer by b00zebuzz
2 me real love is unconditional w/total loyality 2 each other. plus it survives all the probs that can crop up in a relationship. its like those couples u see that have been 2-gether 4 like 20 or more yrs & still going strong wlove 4 each other no matter what mistakes, arguments, etc came along the way. in scientific terms men r drawn to women whose attributes broadcast “good breeding stock” eg where the body fat is all in the boobs, hips, ass. cuz this signifies fertility, whereas a big stomach & flat butt signifies illness, or age. full lips and small chin also shows hi-estrogen, feminity. thin lips & large jaw/chin on a female shows she has higher testosterone levels and is more prone 2 stray.
