Green: O Christmas Tree, How much I worship you?
Is it just me or is “O Christmas Tree” and “Rockin’ Round the Christmas Tree”
just more proof that the “Christmas tree” is a strange form of tree fetishism or
worship that the world has become desensitized to and now follows like robots?
We worship, decorate, and sing praises to our TREES.
I mean really..

It’s fun though!Answer by Theist Stumper
Actually it comes from the Pagan belief in the evergreen tree, bringing ever lasting life. Remember the Christian stole their idea of Christmas from the Pagans.
Everything about Christmas has origins in Pagan mythology and Issac Newton’s birthday. The Mistletoe, kissing under it, comes from the Mistletoe encouraging childbirth. Why? The seeds of Mistletoe looks like seaman.

Maybe you do, but I don’t.
You should look up the Christian symbolism of the Christmas tree.
Answer by Crystal clearWithout trees, we wouldn’t be able to sing. Being that we need oxygen to breathe and all. Think about that.
But still, while I highly respect and appreciate trees, and might even sing in their presence…I don’t worship them as gods.
Answer by BrokenEye EvolutionizedIf Christmas involves worshiping a tree, then Thanksgiving must be about worshiping a turkey, New Years worshiping Time Square, Easter worshiping marshmallow Peeps, Halloween worshiping obscure slutty costumes, and St Patrick’s Day worshiping beer.
Just because an item plays a major role in a holiday tradition does not mean it is worshiped. That should be obvious. And even if it is worshiped (which it isn’t) worship rarely overlaps with fetishism (with possible exception of the slutty costumes).

Hsa 14:1 ¶ O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
Hsa 14:2 Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive [us] graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.
Hsa 14:3 Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, [Ye are] our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
Hsa 14:4 ¶ I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
Hsa 14:5 I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
Hsa 14:6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
Hsa 14:7 They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive [as] the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof [shall be] as the wine of Lebanon.
Hsa 14:8 ¶ Ephraim [shall say], What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard [him], and observed him: => I [am] like a green fir tree. <= From me is thy fruit found.
Hsa 14:9 ¶ Who [is] wise, and he shall understand these [things]? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD [are] right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.
….Who is wise that shall understand these things
