To believe this is ignorance. The liberals are not trying to ban saying Christmas tree and Merry Christmas. You can’t have your freedom of speech infringed on and so they cannot ban those things. If however you are at work, they can force you to say holiday tree or happy holidays while you are working.

using terms like X-mas and Happy holidays are businesses that have the right to choose not to insult people of other religions so they keep their customers happy.
Nobody is trying to ban Christmas or the word Merry Christmas.
This is nothing but more propaganda from the right to create some conspiracy out of the fact that businesses are trying to appease customers of all religions, not just Christianity.

and I still have fudge leftover from the stuff I made with all my christmas cookies.

I know. I know. Liberals are concerned more with what other countries receive, and how they’re treated, then what our country gets. They think people will get “offended”. What planet are you living on? No one wants to make Christmas illegal, and you should probably learn the difference between a holiday and a symbol. Every individual can have a Christmas tree and call it what they want. But they don’t always condone a government doing the same, because not all people are Christians.

1. I also dislike that our traditional holiday should be banned in any way, so much as it doesn’t hurt anyone.
2. Your question is terrible. I am “liberal”, and I am smart enough to know that we are not enemies, but fellow citizens with different and sometimes selfish goals. Non-liberals, you know what I’m talking about. We are all guilty of it sometime.
3. Christmas will never, actually be “illegal”. That’s nuts.
4. The constitution of the united states, specifically states that there is to be no govermentally “sponsored” religion, that would include, religious holidays.

They dont want to make it illegal, they want to stop it being said in public places, for example in schools…just like they want to take “God” out of the pledge of allegiance. They also want to have businesses stop doing it. It is still stupid. Our country was founded by a group of people and they chose to use christianity and god within their laws and standards….so we should follow them. People are just bitter and babies, they need to either stop complaining and accept the country they live in or move to a different more liberal country.

It’s the Atheist that want to make christmas illegal…. there might be some liberals who are atheist just as there are conservative atheists….
However to say that all liberals are atheists it’s like sayings all conservatives are homosexual… not true at all…. There might be a few but the are not the majority.
