My fiancee and I are cousins and we have the same blood group of O positive. Will this cause a problem in future in having a child?

gross and yes and illegal you can’t get a wedding license if your related. and you’ll have messed up kids.
having the same blood type won’t cause problems with future children, but being RELATED will. humans aren’t meant to reproduce with other humans who are closely related to each other (and yes being cousins is close enough). it just messes with ur children’s DNA and there is a dangerously high chance of them having some sort of mental illness, deficiency or just being born period. even if u say that no matter how ur child turns out u’ll love them (and i don’t doubt that’s true), just remember: if something is wrong with them and their father is ur cousin, then it’s ur fault.Answer by Hoping To Be A Mom

there is this small place in hondurus,they are imbreed,because there is no one else around.and in their blood,ppl have discovered that they can’t get cancer,or diabetes.BUT because they are related they are short ppl forever.and have other things that are wrong with them.but the blood type.if one of you were any type negative then they have a shot for that.it’s called rh-.
