Feldy: My computer begins to boot then just restarts and the process starts over again. How do I fix this?
I start the computer up, the motherboard logo shows up, I hit enter, the computer goes to the bad shutdown screen and ask for an option(start windows normally, safe mode, LKGC, etc.).
I have hit all the option and it begins to load then shuts off and restarts. Is there any way to fix this and how would I go about doing this. What is wrong with my computer?

When all else fails, read the manual
It sound like a faulty power supply. Sometimes they burn out.
You said that you were getting a picture, so it wouldn’t be the graphics…
I would try switching out the power supply with another one (other family comps, friends comps, etc..) If that doesn’t work, then hell, I don’t know.

Hi,
Your Windows Installation is corrupted. This might be due to deletion of the system files, or modifications by a virus infection.
You need to Format the system drive, and install Windows again. You should first print this solution, because you will not be able to read it during the process.
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Bootable Microsoft Windows Operating System Installation CD/ DVD ROM
b. A 25 Characters valid Product Key
STEPS:
1. Insert the Bootable Microsoft Windows Operating System Installation CD/ DVD ROM in your drive.
2. Reboot your system.
3. When you see the Logo of your motherboard manufacturer on your screen, frequently press F2 or Delete button of your keyboard.
4. You will enter in to a full screen BIOS Settings window, usually of blue coloured.
5. Set-up the following by searching in available menus, sub-menus:
First Boot Device: CD/ DVD ROM Drive
Second Boot Device: Hard Disk Drive
6. Save your settings by pressing an appropriate button.
7. Again, your system will restart.
8. When you see the following message on your screen, just press Enter or Spacebar:
“Press any key to boot from CD/ DVD . . . . .”
9. Continue the setup your own.
10. At the page displaying all the drives on your computer, select a drive, and click “Additional Options -> Format” in Microsoft Windows Vista/ 7 Setup. For Microsoft Windows XP Setup, press F to format the selected drive.
11. Do the above Step 11 for all the drives on your computer.
12. Click Next button after selecting an installation drive (usually, drive C) for Windows Vista/ 7. For Windows XP, select a drive (usually, drive C) to install Windows, and press Enter.
13. Continue the setup your own.
