Sabrina: How can a couple be so loving one day and hatefull and fighting the next?
My mom and her partner are like this, they are so loving and gentle one day, and the next day her partner (an alcoholic) yells and screams at her and they have a huge argument over something petty. It really upsets my mom and they’re pretty much broken up after yesterday’s argument.

Because there really is a very fine line between love and hate.
Alcohol causes people to act different and be different than they really are. Same with drugs. Best thing to do is dont marry or be with someone with those issues. Not worth the fight. Drugs and alcohol will win. I dont blame her. Life too short to be miserable.Answer by Fran J
