I’m repiercing my lip. I really like the vertical labret piercing, but I don’t want the actual piercing. Is there any jewelry that can make the piercing resemble the vertical labret?

Circular/horseshoe barbells can do that, if you get it snug enough.

theres actually a specific jewelry that makes it look exactly like you have a vertical labret. it goes straight back and then curves over your lip. i dont remember the name off the top of my head but try googling “lip huggers”. that might be the name.
