Atieno: Is the coitus interruptus method and the ovulation cycle method effective in preventing pregnancy?
Forget about condoms and contraceptive pills. How far are these two methods reliable?

Not very effective. There is a name for people who rely on those methods… parents.
From what I’ve read – if a man “pulls out” correctly every single time you have sex it is 80% effective. I’ve been doing a lot of research on this lately. The natural family planning method (again from what I’ve read) seems to be a very reliable approach. ONLY if you have regular cycles, you also must use an ovulation predictor and get your base temp around ovulation time, etc. There’s so much I have to learn, but I’m actually thinking of starting that method.
Extra information: I got pregnant on the pill and while using a condom. I have no faith in those methods anymore.
