Mcglaflin: Is the 30 days long enough to give my ex fiancee to move out?
I’m leaving my now ex fiancee for another woman and I’m not leaving my own house. So is 30 days a reasonable amount of time to give her to move out or should I give her 60 days?

Sounds good. But it depends how much stuff she has.
If you can give her 60 that would be the kind thing to do. However, by law, if she’s living in your house as a “tenant” and you have nothing else signed to the contrary, all you legally have to give her is 30 days.
I don’t know what happened or why you’re leaving her for another woman, but if she’s done nothing to deserve this, maybe you should consider manning up and moving out yourself. I’m just saying, a real man would not kick a woman he once loved and was engaged to out of her own home. He’d admit he was a cheater and a liar and just leave… that’s a real man would do.
Answer by Port Elliott, SAI think 30 days is probably too much.
