And how do they work?
not that i would ever get ANY breast implants i just thought this was really weird when i heard this on jay leno

is that where they blow more air into the bags so they make breast appear bigger and yet full of sh it. have a baby, get natural enlargements from that.

Yes, they have been around for a while. It’s a bit ridiculous to try to imagine, but basically some women who have had saline implants choose to have a valve in their armpit, where they can feed a tube through and inject additional saline into the implant shell to expand it.
