bowlingcap: Is it sexual harassment to vote on which professors/GTAs are the sexiest?
I started a website where people could vote for the hottest professor/GTA at my college. The school told me to take it down or I could get sued for sexual harrassment. Does that really count as sexual harrassment?

LMAO! You are a genious!
Btw, they can sue you, it is not allowed to have picture, name etc. of a person on the internet without there permission. 🙁
Answer by Michelle HIt does create a hostile workplace for those professors so it qualifies as sexual harassment that way. As students, your tuition pays for the professor’s salaries so you could be, if you stretched, be seen as an employer. Also, a student complaint about a sexual relationship with a teacher is going to ruin their career even if it’s not true. And I imagine there are a lot of professors who don’t appreciate the attention so that also support the claim of sexual harassment.
Honestly, even if it isn’t legally sexual harassment it’s in bad taste and crosses a line. The student and professor relationship is a professional one and should be treated as such. You are supposed to be preparing for your working life. A good rule for college is if you wouldn’t do it in an office don’t do it in school.
Answer by SiphoYea, this is definitely sexual harrassment, but much props, homie.
