Depends on how quickly you depart from each. Immediately- it’s just sex. If they hang around for a long time talking and showing affection, then it’s making love.

The only way to know is ….are you in love? Do you know each other that well? Men act loving if it’s love….the like to hold and cuddle afterwards. If it’s just sex….they can’t wait to get out of there.
