My friend and I were talking the other day about being in a relationship and having sex. To her, being in a relationship for over a year and not having sex yet is wrong. But we should all wait right?

I had just turned 19 and I lost it to a guy I’d been dating for only a few weeks. I’d had the chance to lose it many times before that, but with this guy I just knew it was finally right – he was the one. That was 6 years ago, and we’re still happy & together! 🙂

I was 18, I had been in a relationship with the guy for maybe 4 months. I gave into pressure from him and I regret it. After that, it became something he just expected often. We were together for 5 years but if I had’ve had the selfbelief and confidence, I would have left much sooner. I don’t think there’s any harm in waiting. Some like to wait till marriage and that’s great. I probably still wouldn’t have waited till marriage, but I would have held out for someone who was really worth it.

Lost at 23. Dated for three months before. Then I could not help it. Had to have it. I think it was pretty balanced. Long but not too long. got time to really know her. Depends on age I think.

yup, we should all wait..my last experience was only with a friend, which was a big mistake..so, no worries..it’s not that bad if u av a different opinion from your friend

I was 18, and it was a fling with my best friends cousin, which to this day, I don’t think she knows. It did not become a casual thing, but I’m not uptight about it. I like to fun, but use discretion too.

lost mine at eighteen could have lost it at fifteen but i waited. i do regret losing it because i should have waited longer.i dated a dude and he acted like he couldnt wait at least three months. he said that was too long so he cut me off.

18. I was seduced by someone who had a fiance. My first time sucked and wondered what the big deal was. It was another 2 years before I had sex again.

Each person should decide for themselves what is right. Also, talking to your partner to make sure that you both are on the same page. They should be honest enough to say if they are willing to wait or not.
