Phantom^Phreak: Is it ok to have a computer desktop at a room temperature of 30-35 degree Celsius?
I am planning to buy a new desktop soon which will be a core i7 setup. I am in the Philippines which is a hot country.
Will the desktop be fine with a temrature of 30-35 celsius with a stock cooling?

Yes, computers are generally fine up to 50 degrees Celsius. However, given that the ambient temperature is quite toasty, your heatsink will not be as effective at cooling the processor as it would be at cooler temperatures. You may wish to invest in a specialty heatsink that is more effective at dispersing heat, instead of the standard model included with your PC.
you’re going to have a hard time keeping your cpu temps down
I wouldn’t try it with stock cooling and would run a temp monitor constantly.
swap the case fans for the highest cfm airflow you can get and get a high cfm cpu cooler also.
If you have space for other case fans add as many as you have room for
