captain morgan07: Is Coastal Publications Stuffing Enevelopes A Scam In New Jersey?
My sister-in-law and I are wanting to do this from home but we are thinking this is a scam here. I mean they want money up front for one thing. If anyone could could help us out on this question we would greatly appreciate it.

ALL of these programs are scams.
There are companies that handle “fulfillment” and there are companies that can be hired to have local employees do the mail, so this idea that sending on stuff to you is going to result in your making money is a scam.
To know what would happen if you were foolish enough to send money, read this:
Yes. All Envelope Stuffing jobs are scams.
In fact its one of the oldest scams out there
They are not offering you a job they are selling
you information.
No company is going to pay you the amount
that this scammer claims you could make
Why would they when they could pay min wage.
workers to do the same thing.
Most big companies that do a lot of bulk mail
have machines to do their envelope stuffing.
If you really want to find something legitimate
try taking a look around Home-Business-Start.com
the weed out all the scams like this.

Also if you do a search here on answers for Coastal Publications you will find that many have asked this question before and yes, it is a scam; however, I would take a moment to read what Tpeters……. had to say about the whole thing.
