What a disaster…Just found out someone I sent $ 400 on paypal last night is a known scammer (accepts payments, doesn’t send product). The purchase was less than 24 hours ago, how do I immediately STOP the transaction from clearing? I used a debit card and a credit card in combination. Thank you to anyone who can help me.

Call your bank immediately.
notify paypal, your credit card company, and bank. tell them what happened and they will cancel. paypal will investigate and most likely ban his ip# so he cant create another paypal account on his computer.
