In the sims 3, how can I collect my real estate money besides going to each place?

Peter Griffin: In the sims 3, how can I collect my real estate money besides going to each place?
I know that I can go to each building and select the collect money option, or through the “check real estate” option on the phone/computer… but my question is how can I make this easier? My sim owns over 10 properties and its a pain in the butt going around to each one every week. Can I directly deposit the money? Thank you.
