Boosted VDUB: What are the benefits to registering a business/corporation?
I’d also like to know the difference between registering a business and a corporation? (are they the same, just different terminology?).
And obviously: What are the benefits of having a registered business/corporation?
Also: Can I write off say, driving down the street as a business expense? Claiming that I was “looking to buy real-estate” or something?
-Thanks guys!

a corpration IS a business
whether your company is a sole proprietor, partnership, LLC or corp, you will probably have to get a local business license
IRS has a publication you can download that describes deductible expenses www.irs.gov – look under publications
read some books on starting a business – there are tons of them out there
