Ezri Bloom: Is it illegal to require employers to wear Santa hats during the holidays?
I work at K-mart and my manager is making Santa hats part of the uniform until Christmas, is that illegal?
I don’t celebrate Christmas, and i don’t want to wear the hat, but i want to have something to back me up when i tell her i’m not going to.

No it’s not illegal. Why would it be? You have no leg to stand on. I’m sure there are many people that would be happy to don that Santa hat just to have a job! Do what you can to keep yours.

No it’s not illegal, lol. Honestly, if you don’t celebrate it, try to think of it as some goofy hat.
