Anybody can convert to Judaism but it does not mean his/her IQ will jump 10 points because of the conversion. I have met all kinds of Jews from all walks of life. So Jews being smarter than any other race is simply not true.

Jews are not a race regardless of what some website or government agency says.
We are a ‘people’ from many ethnicities and backgrounds.

As far as I.Q.? I think our value on education is what makes us strive to learn more. But, I know some people of my own who aren’t that bright. There’s all types in every group.

they’re not a race… jewish is ethno-religious you can be a religious jew, non-religious jew or jewish (religious not by ethnicity)

Jews don’t welcome converts and aren’t keen on their members marrying outside their community. This has been so for millenia. Consequently, they are genetically different from other Caucasians in various ways, for instance some of them carry Tay-Sachs Disease and the men’s Y chromosomes are particularly alike. However, i don’t think it has any bearing on their intelligence, which is more a cultural thing.
