: I am looking for a recipe for bread without yeast, that can be made in a bread machine?
If you know one, or know how to research cooking websites for recipes “without a specific ingredient”, or a place to look for Kosher bread recipes, I would love to know!
@ Sunny: All three of those contain yeast. Thanks anyway.
@BZB: I can’t find a list of ingredients for the Monk Bread!

I don’t use a bread machine to make my breads, and I read that using a non-yeast bread recipe in a bread machine can change the texture of the dough so it won’t come out that well.
There is a recipe that my grandmother gave me that is called a Salt-Rising Bread. It’s riser is achieved on the fermentation of a bacterium in corn meal which is salt-tolerant. But it must be a white water-ground type of corn meal. It takes 24 hours for the fermentation to work, and the process is a little time consuming.
The below recipe is different than mine, but it gives you and idea how to make it:

Another site to see for yeast-less breads

I have never made it but here are some recipe links. Sounds good, thanks for asking this question…
