Msz Tastee: How would you “shift money to the consumers and business?”?
How would you “shift money to the consumers and business?” If the consumer does have money, what can the government do, if anything? Why would the government think that giving businesses money, as was done with the stimulus package, was a good strategy for getting the economy out of a recession?

It gives the businesses a base of support so we can go out and buy low cost items.
