How would you record horse show results in a newspaper?

spazmkitty: How would you record horse show results in a newspaper?
I write articles on a local horse group for the Horse’s Maine, and I want to know how best to record the results. There were 23 classes, with 6 places in each. Should I narrow the reported results to the top 1/3 places, or send in the entire list?

Any ideas?

our school shows on the IHSA and usually reports only the top few results, with an article centering around that.
for example, they would say the people who finished 1st or 2nd and then how the school did overall.
