First of all the use of a home computer is probably different than the company computers. You need to know what functions the company computers need to do. Also, different tasks in the company may need different functions. A sales guy or a service guy may need a laptop.
I would make up a spec and get quotes from three sources, one of which would be Dell or Gateway. Check on service options unless there is an IT guy at the company to set them up and maintain them. The company you buy them from should be able to accept the order using a PO, and not just your credit card.
