: How to sign birthday card for new girlfriend. Do I say “love,”?
So I have been dating this girl only for a month or two and it is her birthday. She will be gone on her bday but I am writing her a very sweet birthday card but I have hit a problem. Do I end it with “love,” or with “I miss you,” or something else? I am really not sure. We are not even close to the point in our relationship where the we say that we love each other. So I just don’t know if it means anything if I end my card with “love,” or not. Any advice would be appreciated

Definitely do not say “love” if you do not mean it! “I miss you” would be a good closing thought.
Realistically, just say what is in your heart.
Answer by Lil Shorty“Love” shouldnt be used until 5months , Love is a strong word and at 1 month it aint love yet …Answer by ms. j
well, you don’t love her yet so don’t use that.
Try something like, “best wishes” “always” “missing you” “come back soon”
Answer by Timid Women Rarely Make HistoryJust write “Happy birthday baby” and then sign your name. (This is of course if she doesn’t mine pet names like baby, sweetie) If she doesn’t like those, then just write “Happy birthday to my special girl”,and then sign your name.Answer by Pinky
you should write miss you! thats always playing it safe.
you dont want to say love because it might scare her..
save the first time you say i love you for in person.
