Let say he did all kind of serious sex crime, he was about being release from prison on parole. Let say he is illegal alien and agency deport him out of usa.

How can he be on parole if that country he is from don’t have parole agency and sexual offenders registry. It mean he get away with a serious crime he did against victims such as children.

Even worst none of police will report to neighborhood in the country he is deported to because of not registers.

once a person is deported, i don’t know what happens to them afterward, maybe they try to reenter the USA again. hopefully you inform the authorities about this person, tell authorities what you know, hopefully they keep a legal record on this person and if he returns to the USA again there will hopefully being a written record in the system. unfortunately our legal system is state to state and we do need to update our separate states into one united states, that would make it easier to monitor this person you are concerned about
