Rick: Does a fiancee visa require a round trip flight from the Philippines to USA ?
My fiancee was approved her visa and i was wondering if she will need a return flight when she comes to the USA,is this a requirement….The only reason im asking this is bcoz a one-way ticket is much cheaper than a round trip ticket.Please try to be serious with your answers coz our travel dates are very important to us.Thanks to all in advance!

no he will not. but you will have to file for a status change once you are married. you have 90 days to marry under the k-1 visa.

are you sure ..most transatlantic flights are more expensive for single flights ….

To hold a return ticket is only required for those who travel to the United States without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program. If you hold a visa of any classification, including a B-1/B-2 visa, you are not required to hold a return ticket; you may enter the United States on a one way ticket.
