Me and my friend want to have a sleepover and we are trying to convince my dad, sister, and my friend’s grandma.

My suggestion is to see what his plans are and go from there.
First ask him and see what he says. Then if he says no, ask him what his objections are. For example, he may say that it would cost too much in food. The girls can do a potluck. If it would be too noisy. Limit the number of girls and set a quiet time. If he is concerned about the mess.
