lovelovelove: How many weeks were you when you started wearing maternity clothes?
I am 25 weeks tomorrow and have just now started to wear maternity clothes.
I have one pair of pre-pregnancy pants that still fit nice, but other than that, its pregnancy clothes.
I do not like maternity clothes, the maternity pants always feel like they are falling off of me even though I bought the smallest size.
Just curious how far along you all were when you had to start wearing them 🙂

I started wearing them around 20 weeks, but even at 33 weeks 5 days the pants still feel like they are falling off and I guess I am wearing the right size.
I had to start wearing maternity clothes around 18 weeks. I guess it varies depending on your size!Answer by Mommy To Be!
I started wearing maternity clothes around 20 weeks. And I’m 22 weeks 3 days.
I don’t like maternity pants at all, they are way to big and they feel like I’m wearing my boyfriends pants because they are so baggy. Plus they don’t have belt loops. However I find the mat shirts comfy.

with my first pregnancy not til like 30 weeks, but with this one i started at about 22 weeks, just because they were more comfortable. if you don’t fit into maternity clothes just go get a pair of pants that are bigger then your pre-pregnancy size, if that makes sense.Answer by jessjess0310
i wore my regular bottoms till 28 weeks, but i started bigger shirts at like 4 months. Now I’m 29 weeks and three days and i can’t wear my regular pants at all anymore. I am pregnant with twins and have problems with my maternity pants staying up. the band gets stretched out after one day or sitting down in them to long and you have to wash them everyday to make the band go back to snug again.
good luck

you are one of the lucky ones .. consider yourself lucky. i had to start wearing maternity clothes around 3 months. about 12-15 weeks along i could wear nothing but maternity clothes.. each person is different and depending on your size would be the reason someone women never have to wear maternity clothes at all and others like myself start early some get lucky and don’t need them until there around 25-35 weeks.Answer by Gisele
I was 30 weeks. Then I ‘popped’. I would wear yoga and work out pants at home. I went to Motherhood maternity and the have pregnancy pant that have a high waist (right below boobs) that fit perfectly. I loved them. they were fairly reasonable in price and were soooo comfy!!
