Samantha: How long does it take someone to fall in “LOVE”?
Typically how long does it take someone to fall in love. I know it all depends and it just happens but just typically? And why is it so hard for a guy to open up with a girl?

A really long time….how ever long it takes for you to fully know every thing you can about them and love every bit of it. I never agreed with people who claim to love someone after knowing them just a week or a month because I couldn’t understand how you could love someone you didn’t know everything about. To love someone is to love everything about them…all their flaws, their funny way of smiling, the way the walk with a little hip step, the way that one brow furrows when they get annoyed or ticked off, the way their laugh trails off after a good joke of urs…things like that take time : )
Most guys don’t open up because our society has marked that as a trait of our own (women). So MOST of them believe it’s too feminine to share your feeling and thoughts and whatnot.

To me love is an illusion. What we actually mean by love is a relationship between two human beings. All this scraps about love thing are built up by the Media and commercialized. Love in other sense means attraction and attachment. There are people who have fallen in love instantly at first sight and then there are some who find it difficult to know whether they actually love a person with whom they have spent a major part of their life. Each one of us have understood love in different ways, depending on our age group, and all our senses perceive and peruse the love as per our understanding.The one common thing all of us have in love is that a person will go to any extent for the sake of his love, and this love has the ability to change our lives upside down. Any way love is one of the reason why we are all here. All the built up created over the love phenomena will pass away, and the life will start accepting the reality that to be loved is the best gift that a person may get.
For the second part of your question, guys hesitate to open up sooner because, his instincts warn him that he about to loose control over life and that the other person is likely to boss over.
