Bubba: How long after ratification will a house get back on market?
I’m interested in purchasing a bank-owned house in Maryland. The foreclosure filing for the house was ratified last week. The house is currently empty. How long would it take for a bank to put the house back to market after it is ratified. I’ve made calls to the bank but nobody would even bother to give me an estimate. It is just a small local bank, by the way.

never heard of the word ratification used this way……..interesting.
why wait for the bank to sneeze? submit an offer tomorrow!
