Sure looks to me like those dudes are getting rich off the how to do tapes and books, not the real estate!!

That is very true, I don’t know of anybody who has ever gotten rich of those get rich quick schemes weither it be real estate or those internet business things. It is true that it seems they write up these books and just sell them to you knowing there is no money in it. If there really is that much money in it then why are they giving the secret away for only $ 39.95 plus S&H?

I have a program that will make you rich on real estate, get a loan buy a rental property pay in full. Rent it out, use the rent money to pay mortgage. OR sell the house as a rent to own, charge 1100 dollars per month with only a third going to the actual buying price. Make plenty of money in interest, oh and dont forget to get at least 5 grand down.
Do you really think some program is going to make you rich? All it is is advice, i dont see how ANYONE with other than perfect credit and a very good paying job could get a no money down house. Everyone would be doing it if it was so simple. My advice read books hire a financial consultant, forget programs that dont even tell you what to expect.
