I wanna sell some stuff on ebay, i already have a paypal account which i just need to get verified, and i already have an ebay account. So what does your social security number have to do with selling stuff on ebay? Is it used when I verify my paypal account through credit/debit card? Because my previous paypal account was suspended and i just moved to another town.

I don’t remember any of the 2 asking for my SS#. I used to be a eBay/Paypal user for a long time, a long while back. Anyway, I hope you are not trying to reply or follow an email claiming it’s Paypal or eBay because there are a lot of scams. Go ot the actual websites by typing it on your own and look for answers on their sites or call customer service. Good luck!
