Every college (at least in Texas) has a single parent scholarship, usually the librarian has the forms. I get one every semester. As for money for bills and things my friend says you can call 2-1-1 and they’ll give you all the information you need.

Get married, then you won’t be single no more, hence no need for assitance for single parents.
